WHO AM I – MY BACKGROUND:

I was born in Rio de Janeiro where I did my schooling and college. I started my business life at the age of 25 and founded a beachwear design and manufacturing company. When I visited Portugal I was delighted and I decided to come back and settle in permanently. In 1999 I met in conjunction with my husband the real estate world and loved it, that was how the company “Villas Luz” was born.

WHAT DO I LIKE MOST ABOUT THE SILVER COAST:

I really enjoy the nature of the Silver Coast but I love also as much the Algarve, I feel safe in Portugal and I love the Portuguese gastronomy namely the fresh fish that we have throughout the year.

WHO AM I – MY BACKGROUND:

I was born in Porto and I went to Germany with 7 years where I did my schooling. I started to study in the area of Electro technical Engineering, but I interrupted my studies to go live in Paris. In Paris, at the age of 20, I began my career as a businessman through various experiences and businesses in the textile industry. At the age of 27, after having opened several stores in Paris, I returned to Germany to open a textile factory based on import and export. I sold it 8 years later to be able to return to Portugal. In Portugal, I opened 2 newspapers (an informational and another free distribution) and it was at this time that I met and started to get interested in real estate. Together with my wife we founded in the year 1999 the “Villas Luz”.

WHAT DO I LIKE MOST ABOUT THE SILVER COAST:

I encountered the Silver Coast when I came to Portugal and I fell in love with the “Óbidos Lagoon”. When I finally decided to return to my country there was only one possible choice. The Western area with all its natural beauty, its gastronomic wealth, the lovely people and a temperate climate that allows me an extraordinary quality of life.

WHY DO I LIKE WORKING FOR “VILLAS LUZ”:

Well … it would be weird if I did not like it … !!! It has been many years of work where we always bet on new technologies and we continue to do so. The good environment within the company and among our employees is the point that most concerns us … only thus we can provide a service to our customers with honesty and professionalism.

WHO AM I – MY BACKGROUND:

Throughout my professional life I have been in different types of employment, such as furniture decoration and sales company, about 5 years, having then worked in banking, where I come from, performing various functions for 16 years. I came to the real estate business at the invitation of the company Villas Luz, which I know very well the “modus operandi” and that was the reason for me to be enthusiastic about changing my professional activity.

WHAT DO I LIKE MOST ABOUT THE SILVER COAST:

My entire childhood to date, was spent on the Silver Coast, an excellent place to live, given the quality of life it provides, with various activities that can be enjoyed throughout the year, such as sports , cultural, leisure, nature, with fantastic beaches, lakes and lagoons of breathtaking landscapes, or natural parks to practice all kinds of exercise. The balance between security, services offered, good schools, excellent gastronomy, several events held throughout the year, and well served by accesses that allows us to move in a few minutes to various points on the Silver Coast, as well as proximity to Lisbon airport, make this region a great place to live or to vacation.

WHY DO I LIKE WORKING FOR “VILLAS LUZ”:

After 15 years of real estate activity at “Villas Luz´s” service, this has become a true passion given the possibility that offers us to contact new people from different countries, always with experiences and life paths with which we learn daily and in give us an ever positive feedback from our country. They talk about how life here can be much less “stressful”, and the attitude and hospitality of the Portuguese, which fills me with pride. This vision has been provided to me over the years by “Villas Luz” and it is a pleasure to know that “Villas Luz” contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of those who are looking for us.
